Orders & Delivery

During checkout, a real-time estimate of your delivery time is provided, but typically we average 3-7 business days to get your product in the hands of our delivery partners. Once your order has shipped we’ll email you a tracking link (typically USPS though this can vary for International orders).
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We’re so sorry that you received a damaged or incorrect item! Please contact admin@jooploops.com within 7 days. Please include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. Please include your order number and as much information about your order as you have. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Return Policy

JoopLoops does not offer returns or refunds on any products as they are made to order. We include a size chart for all of our products so please be certain that you are ordering the correct size!
Refunds
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong item or a damaged item. If you have received a damaged item please contact admin@jooploops.com within one week of receiving the order and we will make things right!
